The second Parents' Support Group was held on Tuesday 13th May at The Barn, Field Place Worthing. Once again, this was very well attended and it was good to see some new faces.
Nicole Goodman, from Sussex Autistic Society, gave a talk about Education and Autism, giving parents very useful pointers. Parents were able to add their helpful knowledge and experiences too and a very productive question and answer session followed Nicole's talk. The opportunity afterwards for parents to chat to one another is a vital part of these meetings.

A charge of £2 is made to cover the cost of the Barn and refreshments.
We hope to set up these evenings in other areas of Sussex in the future.
